Sarmato Production Plant
The Sarmato site was founded in 2007 as a production unit for JMG Cranes where, with commitment, work and passion, the company has grown and achieved its first difficult successes. Today the headquarters in Piacenza has 6000 square meters as a production unit, purchasing office, warehouse for supplies and administrative office. This development marks a worthy recognition of the location that has seen the birth of all the current range of pick & carry of the company, machines that have technological innovation as a common denominator.
Sarmato will continue to be the cradle where JMG battery electric cranes are born and will be born.
From Sarmato to Cremona, a solid thought that follows its own natural evolution towards a single goal: to become the main production and training hub for Pick&Carry in Europe.
The new Hub in Cremona is not a new location but a space where the whole JMG CRANES philosophy comes to life and where the Customer becomes part of a team.
16000 square meters that are not only production, but much more: next to the Research & Development office, there is an efficient assistance and after-sales service that promptly responds to all needs; moreover there is a highly qualified workshop both in offering a prompt intervention to any self-propelled crane and an area equipped to perform all kinds of tests necessary to verify the production models, as well as the prototypes that JMG constantly develops.
And then a Museum entirely dedicated to the history of Pick&Carry, because there can be no
future without a history and no innovation without tradition…
Along with the commercial office and a conference room used for training.
